No cookies, no trackers

Contact form

The contact form is the only place on this site where you send us information about yourself.

• Data collected: name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, subject, level of urgency and the content of your message.
• Purpose: to reply to you. This data is never used for commercial purposes, never shared and never sold.
• Security: your name, email, telephone number and message are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before being stored. They can be read only from the administration area, accessible to the practice doctors alone.
• Notification: the arrival of your message triggers an internal email to the team, delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc.), acting as a technical processor.
• Retention: twelve months, then deletion.

This form is not a channel for clinical care: do not include detailed medical information and never use it to report an emergency.

Patient reviews

If you leave a review, the name or initials you give, the rating, the type of procedure and your comment are stored and then published after being read. We do not alter the content of reviews. You may ask for yours to be removed at any time.

Fonts

Typefaces are hosted alongside the site: your visit triggers no call to Google Fonts or any other external service.

Doctolib and videos

Online booking takes place on the Doctolib website, which opens only after you click explicitly. The information videos are, in the same way, plain outbound links: no third-party player is embedded in these pages. From the moment you click, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies. You can always use the telephone instead.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of the data you send through this site. To exercise it, write to contact@baumgarten.re. For data relating to your medical care, which belongs to your patient record and not to this site, please contact the practice or the clinic directly.
